Ever-evolving, I currently resonate with being an inner world explorer, writer, facilitator, and space-holder.
I am here to connect to and express my true self, and support others on their journey to do so.
After multiple prolonged dark nights of the soul, I delved into my inner world, seeking answers on how to create a life that reflects my true heart’s desires. Through this journey, I’ve explored and leaned on many self understanding and healing modalities including but not limited to human systems (Enneagram, Human Design, Internal Family Systems, Group Relations, the Hoffman Process), movement and bodywork (Ashtanga yoga, 5Rhythms, CranioSacral therapy), meditation (Vipassana, movement meditation), plant medicine, creative expression (writing, painting), and rituals.
Haifa was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon and currently lives in Cobble Hill, New York.
