Sara Awada is a trauma-informed embodiment guide whose work centers on the profound power of reconnecting with your body in order to become free in your life. As the creator of Freedom Path™, a transformational course for pattern-breakers, Sara guides women to unwind emotional wounds and to break free from the cycles of trauma that hold them back.
Her practice integrates the wisdom of attachment theory, trauma healing, and somatic therapy, weaving a holistic approach to self-discovery and growth. Sara is also the founder of Superslow Media, a platform dedicated to offering courses, immersions, and resources that help individuals cultivate emotional freedom.
Rooted in her Lebanese heritage and inspired by her life in Brooklyn, NY, Sara brings a unique blend of cultural depth and lived experience to her work. She believes in the power of somatics and embodied transformation practices to not only heal individuals, but also to foster collective healing and liberation.
